Shannon Wilson is an Affiliate Broker and REALTOR® with Neighborhood Realtors, serving buyers and sellers throughout Waverly, Humphreys County and surrounding Middle Tennessee communities. A military veteran, Shannon brings the discipline, work ethic and commitment to service developed during her military career to every real estate transaction.

As a homesteader herself, Shannon has a particular appreciation for land, rural properties and the opportunities that come with finding the right piece of property. Her firsthand experience gives her a valuable perspective when working with clients searching for acreage, a rural home, homesteading property or simply more room to build the lifestyle they envision.
