Meet Mary Bagwell

Mary Bagwell is an Affiliate Broker and REALTOR® with Neighborhood Realtors, serving buyers and sellers throughout Humphreys County, Clarksville and surrounding Middle Tennessee communities.

Originally from McEwen, Tennessee, Mary has deep roots in Humphreys County and a strong connection to the community where she grew up. After beginning her real estate career in the Clarksville market, she joined Neighborhood Realtors with the opportunity to serve clients in both her hometown area and the Clarksville region.

Mary graduated from Austin Peay State University in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. While attending APSU, she was a scholarship student-athlete competing in cross country and track. She later earned her master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Bethel University in 2014.

In 2007, Mary began her law enforcement career with the Clarksville Police Department. During more than 18 years of service, she has held several positions and leadership roles, including Field Training Officer, Training Officer and Patrol Sergeant. Her law enforcement career has developed a strong foundation of professionalism, communication, attention to detail and service to others—qualities she brings to her work with real estate clients.

Mary earned her Tennessee real estate license in October 2024 and began her real estate career with Keller Williams in Clarksville. Her experience in the Clarksville market, combined with her lifelong connection to Humphreys County, allows her to serve clients across two important areas of Middle Tennessee.

Whether helping someone purchase a home, prepare a property for sale or search for land and acreage, Mary focuses on understanding each client’s goals and providing dependable guidance throughout the transaction.

Outside of her professional career, Mary enjoys beekeeping, raising chickens and gardening. Her own appreciation for rural living gives her a natural connection with clients interested in acreage, rural properties, homesteading and the lifestyle that comes with owning land in Middle Tennessee.
