Response to Copyright Notices

Upon receipt of a sufficiently complete notice alleging copyright infringement, Neighborhood Realtors may investigate the claim and take action it considers appropriate under the circumstances, which may include removing or disabling access to the material identified in the notice.

Neighborhood Realtors may contact the person or entity responsible for the material and may provide that person with information contained in the copyright notice as reasonably necessary to address the claim.

Counter-Notification
