Meet Jennifer Daniel

Jennifer Daniel is an Affiliate Broker and REALTOR® with Neighborhood Realtors, serving buyers and sellers throughout Waverly, McEwen, Humphreys County and surrounding Middle Tennessee communities.

A lifelong resident of Humphreys County and graduate of McEwen High School, Jennifer brings a genuine familiarity with the area and the communities she serves. Her local roots provide valuable perspective for clients looking to buy or sell property in the area, whether they have lived in Humphreys County for generations or are considering making Middle Tennessee their new home.

Before earning her Tennessee real estate license in 2024, Jennifer had already developed an extensive professional background serving the community. She has worked within the court system since 2007, an experience that has strengthened her attention to detail, professionalism and ability to work with people through important and sometimes complicated situations.

Jennifer brings that same approach to real estate. She understands that purchasing or selling property can involve significant financial and personal decisions, and she works to make the process as straightforward and comfortable as possible. She places an emphasis on communication, personalized service and helping clients understand each stage of their transaction.

Whether working with a first-time homebuyer, helping a family find its next home, assisting a property owner preparing to sell or helping someone search for land or acreage, Jennifer’s goal is to provide knowledgeable and attentive service from the initial conversation through closing.

Outside of real estate, Jennifer enjoys supporting her children at their sporting events, spending time on the river and exploring small towns throughout America. Her appreciation for small-town communities is one of the reasons she is proud to call Humphreys County home and to help others find their place in the area.
