Meet T. Scott Daniel

T. Scott Daniel is the Broker and Owner of Neighborhood Realtors, a locally owned real estate brokerage based in Waverly, Tennessee. A licensed Tennessee real estate professional and attorney, Scott brings a unique combination of real estate experience, legal knowledge, local market familiarity and professional experience to the clients he serves throughout Middle Tennessee.

Scott earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Nashville School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Bethel University. His legal background provides valuable perspective when navigating real estate contracts, property transactions and the many issues that can arise during the purchase or sale of real estate.

Throughout his career, Scott has maintained a strong commitment to public service. Before entering the legal profession, he spent approximately ten years in law enforcement. His experience included serving with the Humphreys County Sheriff’s Office, where he worked as a supervisor and D.A.R.E. Instructor; investigating severe child abuse cases for the State of Tennessee’s Office of Child Safety; and serving as Captain of the New Johnsonville Police Department, where he was responsible for the department’s daily operations.

Scott currently serves as General Sessions Judge for the City of New Johnsonville.

As Broker/Owner of Neighborhood Realtors, Scott works with buyers and sellers across a broad range of real estate transactions, including residential homes, land and acreage, farms, investment properties and commercial real estate. He understands that buying or selling property is often one of the most significant financial decisions a client will make, and he places a strong emphasis on communication, careful attention to the transaction and keeping clients informed throughout the process.

Scott’s roots in the area and experience across real estate, law and public service give him a perspective that extends beyond simply finding a property or placing a home on the market. His goal is to provide clients with knowledgeable, straightforward guidance and help them make informed decisions from the initial conversation through closing.
